Invited vs. Self-Serve Guest Users
Your access to the system can be created in one of two ways:
- Self-Serve - You signed up to start a transaction on your own - generally having come from your company's website or Intranet. You are beginning a transaction by providing information, and depending on the type of transaction, the information you supply may be the only information needed to complete the transaction, or your data may be passed along to others who complete the work. At the end of the process of collecting information, documents associated with the transaction may be available to you.
- Invited - You received an invitation from your company or another entity to participate in a transaction. You are providing information that will be passed along to others to complete and potentially share associated documents with you.
