System & Device Requirements

The Document Agility system is an online service which may be access through the major Internet browsers using any Internet-connected computer and a wide variety of mobile devices.


Supported Browsers
The Document Agility system supports the following Internet browsers:

• Internet Explorer
• Firefox
• Chrome
• Safari

We support the current and previous major releases of these browsers a "moving" basis - when a new version is released, we begin supporting the new version and stop supporting three versions back and older. This ensures that our application can take advantage of the latest programming techniques for a better user experience.

Browser Settings
All browsers must have cookies and JavaScript enabled in order to use the Document Agility system.


Mobile Devices
The system can be accessed through the Internet browsers of most types of mobile devices including:

• Apple iPad (all versions)
• Tablet Computers (major manufacturers)
• Nook
• Apple iPhone
• Android Phones

 TIP - Due to the possible logical complexity of the system's online Interviews, when accessing the system on a mobile device, we recommend using a Wi-Fi connection to the Internet.

 TIP - When using the Safari browser on the Apple iPad, in order to view generated documents, you must allow popups. This can be done by navigating to "Settings", then to "Safari", and then setting the Block Popups selection to Off.

 TIP - While it is possible to access the system's online Interviews on a smartphone, due to these devices' small screen sizes, we recommend using devices with larger screens, such as tables, iPads and computers, for Interview access.
