The Document Agility system is an online system that is access through an Internet browser. Each registered user is given a unique User ID and Password with which to access the system.
TIP - To ensure the integrity of the system's activity tracking features, it is important that Users access the system using their own unique access credentials and not share access with other Users.
Logging In
To log in to the Document Agility system, navigate to https://portal.documentagility.com. This will display the Log In screen. Enter your User ID and Password (provided by your organization's System Administrator) and click the Log In button.

In order to have the system pre-fill in your User ID, for quicker access during future log ins, click the Remember Me check box.
If you have any trouble logging in to the Document Agility system, please contact your organization's System Administrator.
TIP - For security reasons, it is good practice to log out of the system using the Logout button when you are done accessing it.
WARNING - For security reasons, your Internet browser session will expire after 15 minutes of inactivity in the system. When you are answering interview questions your session will expire in 90 minutes. If you are inside the interview for a longer period, you may lose your answers.
