System Update 2014-014 - Sept 01, 2014

New Functionality Added

This update added the following features for Content Creators and Content Publishers:

1. Release by Administrator button added to Transaction Details screen - We have added a Release by Administrator button on the Transaction Details screen, which would be visible is your account has Release by Administrator permissions and you are viewing a Transaction which is currently owned by another user.
   
   This feature works the same way as it currently does when accessed through the In Progress grid of the My Work Space screen. Once you check in the Transaction, you would be free to Take the Transaction, if you wish to work on it.
   
   
2. Full support for repeating variables during publishing of a Transaction - We have added full support, during publishing (using the Publish button) of a Transaction, for the saving of repeated variables. Any variables that are repeated will be saved, along with their corresponding answers, in your company-specific database (and any reporting data views) using the Variable Name plus the instance number. Instance numbers are "zero-based", which means that the first instance of a repeated variable would be "0", the second would be "1", etc. For example, the first instance of a company name variable might be "Company_Name[0]".
   
   
3. Ongoing work on My Work Space screen to improve page-load speed - We have made modifications to various elements of this screen to improve page-loading times. This is an ongoing project, and over the next few weeks, we will be rolling out a newer, faster series of web servers to improve the performance of this and other pages in the system.
   
   
4. Enhancement for Content Providers: Added File Name column to Template grid in Content Admin area  - We have added a column for the uploaded file name on the Templates grid on the Content Administration page for Content Providers. This will make it much easier for Providers to correlate the screen names of their Templates on Document Agility to the file names of their templates in their HotDocs Developer module.
