New Functionality Added

This update added the following features for Content Creators:

1. Tracking and Comparing of Manually Edited Documents - We have added the ability for Content Creators to track manually edited versions of the documents created on the Document Agility system in order to support the process of negotiation of document language.
   
   To support tracking manually edited versions of a document, the system now embeds a globally unique ID  (GUID) into each document generated in DOCX format. After creating a DOCX document on the system, a user can then download the document, manually edit its text, and upload the document as an Ancillary file within its matching Transaction. The document Agility System will identify it as a continuation of its matching system document, and it will appear as the document's latest version.
   
   Using other collaborative features of the system, such as the ability to share documents to an External User's work space and the ability for an External User to upload DOCX documents to the system, users can collaborate with outside parties during the document negotiation process and track all of the manual changes inside the Document Agility system. Using the recently added redline comparison feature, users can track the changes made versions of manually edited documents as well.
