System Update 2015-003 - Mar 29, 2015

New Functionality Added

This update added the following features for Content Creators:

1. System speed enhancements - We have optimized several database procedures for retrieving information, which resulted in faster page rendering for the My Workspace, Create Transaction, and Transaction Search pages in our testing. Page speed increases experienced by any given client may vary but in general should be faster than previously experienced for each of these pages.
   
   The speed of the My Workspace page upon loging in to the system has not been increased as much as subsequent displays of the page due to procedures to preserve system information upon initial login. We are continuing to optimize these procedures as well to provide additional speed increases for the login process.
   
   In general our development efforts are now turning toward system speed and usability, and over the next several week, we plan to release additional improvements in these areas.
   
   
2. Document generation capability for repeating assemblies - The system now supports the ability for a single template to generate multiple document instances using the HotDocs ASSEMBLE instruction within repeating structures within templates. This includes the ability to create documents from only specific iterations of repeats, in which case the system will track and properly name only the specific document iterations requested.
   
   
3. Enhanced data publishing capability for repeated answer data - The system's publishing capabilities for answer file data, which could previously capture data down to one level of repeating questions, has been enhanced to enable data capture to the third level of repeating questions.
