System Update 2015-004 - Apr 11, 2015

New Functionality Added

This update added the following features for Content Creators:

1. Simpler way to add reporting variables to Report Views - The process of creating, editing and updating Reporting Views now allows you to select the name of any repeating variable one time to include it in a data view, rather than needing to select each individual repeated instance of the variable.
   
   
2. New Assigned / Owned By column in Recent Transactions list - Added an "Assigned / Owned By" column to the "Recently Finalized" grid on the Transaction Work Space page.
   
   
3. Added Favicon - Added a favicon for the Document Agility application that is displayed in the tab in which the application is open.
   
   

Issues Corrected

This update corrected the following issues:

1. Workflow list delete issue - Fixed a workflow list issue in which the deletion of an empty row would cause an error.
   
   
2. Template conditioning using multiple choice variables - Fixed a template conditioning issue in which using a multiple choice choose one variable the system would not correctly interpret the logical condition.
   
   
3. Visibility of the "New" icon on work space - Fixed an issue with the visibility of the "New" icon next to a newly arrived Transaction in the In Progress list on the My Work Space page to disappear after the user takes the transaction.
   
   
4. Document sharing user selection drop down - Fixed an issue with the drop down for selecting the external used with whom to share documents in which it was no displaying users that had outstanding interview invitations.
