New Functionality Added

This update added the following new functionality:

Connected User Groups - Implemented the ability to set up "Connected" User Groups, whereby multiple user groups (called connected groups) are connected to a one Lead user group and can use the Lead User Group's workflow rules, User Group Template Group workflow buttons, and document viewing and generating parameters without the need to set these up for each connected group. This can greatly simplify the setup of User Groups in situations with large numbers of user groups.
Enhancement to Static Seed File imports - Added to the Static Seed File import functionality the ability to import seed data for multiple user groups in one uploaded spreadsheet file. Also added support for importing data in repeated variables.
