System Update 2016-03 - August 21, 2016

System Environment Upgrade and New Functionality Added

This system upgrade / update added the following new functionality:

1. New Upgraded Environment - We have migrated the Document Agility system to new upgraded server environment. This includes newer, larger and faster servers for increased speed and performance. The system now takes advantage of the latest versions of Microsoft's server operating system, database, and code platforms.
   
   
2. Lead Group Designation - We have implemented the ability for administrative users and content providers to add/edit a Lead Group for a User Group. Designating a Lead Group allows two or more User Groups to be connected to a Lead Group for which workflow rules and content permissions can be set up saving time by not requiring that these be set up for each connected User Group.
   
   
3. External ID Designation - We have implemented the ability for administrative users and content providers to add/edit an external ID for a User Group. Designating an external ID allows the use of Workflow rules based on reading user groups IDs passed in from external business systems.
   
   
4. Primary User Group Contact Designation - We have implemented the ability for administrative users and content providers to designate a User as the primary contact within a User Group. This allows the use of Workflow notifications that can send emails to the designated primary contact for a User Group.
