System Update 2016-05 - September 10, 2016

New Functionality Added

This system update added the following new functionality:

1. New Workflow Event: Conditional Days Before/After Date - A new time-based Workflow Event was added to the system. The Workflow system already has and event that allows the system to capture when today's date is a specified number of days before or after a date specified in a date variable within the interview answers. A new event was added that allows this date-based event to also be conditioned on another variable in the interview answers having a certain value. This event allows the administrator to specific the date variable from the interview for the date to be tracked, number of days before or after the tracked date, and a conditional expression from the interview to further condition the firing of the event.
   
   This would be useful in a document management situation where you wanted to send a reminder email to a user when you are within a certain number of days of a deadline date, but only if the system indicates that the user has not already performed the action to which the reminder pertains. 
   
   
2. New Workflow Event: Guest User Uploads Ancillary Document - A new event-based Workflow Event was added to the system which allows the system to capture when a Guest User uploads an ancillary document in their Workspace. This event allows the administrator to associate it with specific Transaction Type.
   
   This could be used to send a notification email to a processing when a client uploads signed documents to a Transaction.

Issues Corrected

This system update corrected the following issues:

1. Roles and Accounts Containing Commas - An issue was corrected wherein Account names that contained a "," character were causing viewing problems in the Create and Edit Roles area of the system.
