The Content Administration Main screen provides information about the various types of content within your Content Provider account and allows you to perform a variety of actions. What you can view and the actions you can perform depend upon your permissions within the system. Information available on this page includes:
- Products - View Products and (depending on your permissions) add new ones and edit existing ones. Products are collections of Transaction Types to which you give Accounts access.
- Pricing Plans - View Pricing Plans and (depending on your permissions) add new ones and edit existing ones. Pricing Plans are preset combinations of dollar amounts and numbers of permitted document creations which are used when connecting Accounts to Products.
- Transaction Types - View Transaction Types and (depending on your permissions) add new ones and edit existing ones. Transaction Types are collections of Templates which represent a unique type of Transaction that Users can create on the system.
- Templates - View Templates and (depending on your permissions) add new ones and edit existing ones. Templates are the building blocks of content in Document Agility. Each Template produces one document as part of a document package.
Product List
The Product list shows detailed information about the Products in your account, including:
- Name - Name of the Product.
- Created By - User who created the Product.
- Created Date - Date on which the Product was created.
- Actions - Allows the following actions (depending on your permissions):
- Edit - Allows for editing of the name and description of the Product as well as editing which Transaction Type are contained in the Group and which Accounts have access to the Group.
- Delete - Deletes the Product.
- Edit - Allows for editing of the name and description of the Product as well as editing which Transaction Type are contained in the Group and which Accounts have access to the Group.
Create Product button - This button (visible if you have the required permissions) allows you to create a new Product.
Pricing Plan List
The Pricing Plan list shows detailed information about the Pricing Plans in your account, including:
- Description - The dollar amount and price per number of documents created.
- Creations - Number of documents that can be created.
- Creations Time Restriction - Time period over which the number of document creations can be done.
- Price - Price for which the document creations can be done.
- Paid Per - Time period for the price
- Created By - User who created the Pricing Plan.
- Created Date - Date on which the Pricing Plan was created
- Actions - Allows the following actions (depending on your permissions):
- Edit - Allows for editing of the various attributes of the Pricing Plan.
- Delete - Deletes the Pricing Plan.
- Edit - Allows for editing of the various attributes of the Pricing Plan.
Create Pricing Plan button - This button (visible if you have the required permissions) allows you to create a Pricing Plan.
Transaction Type List
The Transaction Type list shows detailed information about the Products in your account, including:
- Name - Name of the Transaction Type. This name will be seen by end Users as a Transaction type name in their Select Transaction Type drop down box on their Create Document screen.
- Created By - User who created the Transaction Type.
- Created Date - Date on which the Product was created.
- Actions - Allows the following actions (depending on your permissions):
- Edit - Allows for editing of the name and description of the Transaction Type as well as editing which Templates are contained in the Group and which User Groups have access to the Group.
- Delete - Deletes the Transaction Type.
- Edit - Allows for editing of the name and description of the Transaction Type as well as editing which Templates are contained in the Group and which User Groups have access to the Group.
Create Transaction Type button - This button (visible if you have the required permissions) allows you to create a new Transaction Type.
TIP - The Transaction Type Name is used as the Transaction type name shown to end Users in their drop down list of available Transaction types in the Create Document screen.
Templates List
The Template list shows detailed information about the Products in your account, including:
- Name - Screen name of the Template. This name is seen by end Users as the default name of any document created by the Template.
- File Name - Name of the uploaded Template file itself.
- Description - Description for the Template. This is used especially in cases where the screen name of the Template is either very generic or not unique in order to be used as the default document name and you want to be able to distinguish the template from others with identical or very similar names.
- Version - The template version number and date of the version was uploaded.
- Interview - The name of an interview, if any, that is contained within the template.
- Created By - User who created/uploaded the Template.
- Created Date - Date on which the Template was created/uploaded.
- Actions - Allows the following actions (depending on your permissions):
- Edit - Allows for editing of the name and description of the Template as well as editing the viewing/generating access to the Template for User Groups.
- Delete - Deletes the Template.
- Edit - Allows for editing of the name and description of the Template as well as editing the viewing/generating access to the Template for User Groups.
Create Template button - This button (visible if you have the required permissions) allows you to create a new Template.
TIP - The Template Name is used as the default name of any document created by the given Template.
