The Document Agility system offers an area in which you can view information about the client accounts for which Transactions have been or may be created. This area is made up of two screens:
- Clients Screen - The Clients screen displays a list of client accounts for which Transactions have been or may be created. The clients displayed in the list will depend upon your Transaction viewing options. If you can see all Transactions, then you will be able to see all clients for which your Transactions have been created. If you can see just the Transactions created by your User Group, then you will see clients that are associated with these Transactions.
- Client Details Screen - Clicking the name of an account in the Clients screen will display the Client Details screen displaying all transactions created for the client as well as all users associated with the client. If you have the required permissions you will also be able to create new transactions, add new Users, and edit Users.
Accessing the Clients Screen
To access to Clients screen, first log in to the Document Agility system using your login credentials. Then on click on Clients in the Main Menu. The menu item you see may not be called Clients and may instead be customized to reflect how Account or User Group refers to its clients.
TIP - The menu item you see and the title of the Clients screen may not be "Clients" - it may instead be customized to reflect how Account or User Group refers to its clients.
Accessing the Client Details Screen
To access to Client Details screen, click on the name of any Client account in the list on the Clients screen.
Clients Screen Options
The Clients screen displays a list of client accounts for which Transactions have been or may be created. The list displays the following items:
- Account Name - The name of the client account.
- Account Code - An 8-digit code for each account that may be required for identification purposes should you ever need to contact Document Agility's support staff regarding a particular account.
- City/State - The city and state for the client account.
- Country - The country for the client account.
- Transactions - The number of Transactions created for this account is displayed within a rectangle, and if you have the required permissions, you will see a link to create a new Transaction for the selected account.
Client Details Screen Options
The Client Details screen will display all transactions created for the client as well as all users associated with the client. Options include:
- General Client Information - The top portion of the screen displays general information about the client, including: full address, client account code, and the date the account was created.
- Transactions - The Transactions grid displays a list of all Transactions created for the account including: ID, Name, Workflow Status, as well as the dates and users who created and last modified the Transaction. You can drill down into the Transaction Details screen for a given Transaction by clicking the name of the Transaction in the list.
If you have the required permissions, you can create a new Transaction for the given Account by clicking the New Transaction button just above the right side of the Transactions grid.
- Users - The Users grid displays a list of all Users for the account including: Name, Email, Work Phone, State, Country and User Name.
If you have the required permissions, you can create a new User for the given Account by clicking the Create New Transaction button just above the right side of the Users grid. If you have the required permissions, you can also edit any User in the list.
